Jeb

Jeb has successfully completed his heart-worm treatment and is now looking for that special furr-ever home!

We are not sure what breed Jeb is but we do know he is adorable. He is about 4 years old and has been neutered, is current on vaccinations, flea-tick, heart-worm treatment and is micro-chipped. He is a great little dog that gets along with just about everyone and everything he meets. He is good with most all other dogs when properly introduced and has lived with a cat and a young child. He loves going for walks, meeting people and sitting in your lap.

He came to Corgi Connection of Kansas from a local shelter after his owners were unable to provide proper care for him and had lived outside.

Those days are behind Jeb but he does have some lingering issues; he has had some house-training issues. His foster mom has worked diligently with him and keeps him confined in a smaller area of the house when she is not able to watch him closely. UPDATE: Jeb is doing quite well in regards to being house-trained. He no longer wears a belly band, but we continue to watch him fairly closely. A belly band is like a diaper wrap that goes around the dog's waist and has padding around his lower abdomen. Jebster A more rigid schedule may help Jeb with his house-training such as those in homes where everyone works.

Jeb does well in a crate but should not be left for more than 3-4 hours at a time during the day. He is also one that should not be trusted off-leash unless in an enclosed area. That's what got him in trouble in the first place! :)

Jeb's adoption fee is $275 and as stated he is neutered and current on vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Jeb please fill out the application through the link at the very bottom of the "Adoption" page.
